What sets us apart is our horseback red stag hunts — a truly unique way to cover
big country the old-school way. There’s nothing like riding into the high country
on horseback, glassing for roaring stags in the early light, and feeling the land
under your boots where most vehicles can’t go. It’s authentic, rugged, and
unforgettable. This experience is very difficult; if not impossible to replicate in
New Zealand.

Outside of our flagship Horseback Red stag hunts we can offer a private land hunting experience for Bull Tahr and through our membership with the New Zealand Professional Hunting Guides Association we hold a public land concession for several million acres in which we can hunt Tahr, Chamois and Red Stags with the options of foot, 4×4 and helicopter to access hunting grounds.
We operate in the heart of New Zealand’s South Island across the Southern Alps, with access to remote blocks in South Canterbury and Otago. From wide valleys to glacial peaks, it’s as wild as it gets.
